10/26/11 - HB3236 HEALTH BENEFIT PURCHASING COOP - Legislation has been passed in the Illinois House that would allow groups of businesses to establish Health Benefit Purchasing Cooperatives. This legislation is currently stalled in the IL Senate due to heavy lobbying by insurance interests.
