The Chainlink is a social network for Chicagoland cyclists. The mission of the site is to connect local people and communities through bicycling. It is a place to find out about all things bicycle related for every types of rider including racers, commuters, families, recreational riders, uni-cyclists and more. We have a full calendar, forum, picture gallery, marketplace and groups on our site, all dedicated to bikes! To date (as of 9/21/11) we have over 6,000 members and receive roughly 50,000 hits a month in summer and 34,000 hits a month in winter. Members receive a weekly email keeping them abreast of the local bike scene and regional updates that affect cyclists. Come join the fun, it's free to join! We are now open to advertisers as well.
